
El Campo heroes welcome the Recognition Roadtrip Bottle to their great town on Jan. 6, 2022. Throughout history, El Campo has been named the “Prairie Switch” and “Pearl of the Prairie” until the name was switched by locals to “El Campo.” Once a railroad camp, El Campo was incorporated in 1905.
